Basoles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 2 - ACCESS, ACCOUNT & BUYER ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS & VISUAL REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors or appearance may differ depending on your screen settings. Minor deviations in color, size, or finish inherent to handmade manufacturing do not constitute defects. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An Agreement is concluded only when we explicitly accept the order or dispatch the products. Automatic order receipt emails do not constitute formal acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., payment failure, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions). If an order is canceled by us, any payment received will be refunded without undue delay.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

Prices are displayed in local currency or Euros. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance charges; all such import and customs fees are strictly borne by the Buyer. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITIES

Products are generally dispatched within fourteen (14) days after conclusion of the Agreement, unless otherwise stated. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

• Unclaimed & Refused Shipments: Unclaimed, abandoned, or refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price, or a €30 redelivery fee per item. No refund will be issued if products are destroyed or confiscated by customs authorities due to non-compliance by the Buyer. Buyers are fully responsible for tracking shipments and complying with local customs requirements.

• Risk of Loss & Damage: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Damaged shipments must be reported to the courier company immediately upon delivery by the Buyer, and a damage report ("Hasar Tespit Tutanağı" / Official Damage Report) must be filed. Without an official damage report from the carrier, the responsibility remains with the Buyer.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Buyers have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, without providing a reason. Products must be unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. For orders that included free shipping, a €20 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, special-ordered, or personalized items, or sealed products unsealed after delivery unfit for return due to hygiene reasons.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, designs, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, and layout, are exclusively owned by Basoles, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission of any material is strictly prohibited. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES & AUTOMATED TOOLS

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering, extraction tools, automatic devices, AI tools (such as agentic AI), or automated means to access, monitor, or copy the Services. You may not circumvent security features, bypass robot exclusion headers, or deploy unauthorized software Agents that mimic human behavior or circumvent CAPTCHAs. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately for any prohibited use.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or include hyperlinks to third-party websites. We neither monitor nor have control over these tools or sites. We provide access "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Any use of third-party features is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Basoles is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Basoles. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Basoles, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Basoles.

SECTION 12 - FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, global supply chain or customs delays, or supplier failure. In such cases, we reserve the right to extend delivery times or terminate the Agreement without liability.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Buyer’s country of residence, or the jurisdiction where Basoles is headquartered, as applicable under international consumer laws. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
