Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment between 1-5 business days after your order confirmation and payment are completed. We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, and this processing window ensures your items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility.

Worldwide Express Shipping

To ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, all our premium products are dispatched directly from our specialized manufacturing facility in Turkey via express couriers.

We ship worldwide via our trusted express shipping partners, including FedEx Express, DHL Express & TNT Express.

  • Shipping Rates: Standard international shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout depending on the selected carrier and destination, generally ranging from €20 to €30 per item (e.g., €20 per item via FedEx/TNT Express, and €30 per item via DHL Express).

  • Included Shipping: If no explicit shipping fee is displayed or added during the checkout process, the shipping cost has already been fully included in the total order price.

  • Deduction of Shipping Costs on Returns: In the event of a product return or exchange, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred during the original shipment to the Buyer will be strictly deducted from the final refund amount. For orders where shipping was included in the price, a minimum shipping fee of €20 to €30 per item (depending on the carrier used) will be deducted from the refund.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier capacity. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by external factors or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees are strictly the responsibility of the Buyer.

  • We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Unclaimed, Refused, and Abandoned Shipments

Buyers are fully responsible for tracking their shipments and coordinating with the carrier or local customs authorities once the package arrives in the destination country.

  • If a shipment is unclaimed, refused by the customer at delivery, or abandoned due to non-payment of customs duties, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price, or a €30 redelivery fee per item.

  • No refunds will be issued if the products are destroyed or confiscated by customs authorities due to the Buyer's failure to comply with local regulations or complete clearance.

Risk of Loss & Damage Reports

Once the products are transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer.

  • Important: Buyers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, a formal damage report ("Hasar Tespit Tutanağı" / Official Damage Report) must be filed with the courier company at the time of delivery.

  • Without an official damage report issued by the carrier, we cannot assume liability for shipping damages, and the responsibility will remain with the Buyer.
